Home healthcare is one of the fastest growing areas in the delivery of patient care. Alongside this paradigm shift in patient care is the increasing world of artificial intelligence and the internet of things (Turner-Lee, 2019).  With emergent technology in the form of devices that learn as they continue to interact with their environment and devices, such as Fitbit and Apple Watches, that have a continuing list of services they can provide; healthcare companies are finding ways to serve patients in a new way.

How will artificial intelligence change home health nursing in the future through devices which use complex computing algorithms to not only detect physical and mental changes, but also understand what to do when these changes occur? (200 words)
