Employee retention is an important part of any organization’s business. Without employees, the organization is not able to meet its goals. Different tasks require the inclusion of certain professionals for there to be a successful turn of events that will allow for business to be conducted, networks to be created and profits to be realized. Employee retention is important because hiring employees is a lengthy and difficult process which requires resources to see it successful. This requires picking out a person who matches the requirements of the company. Losing such a person who is an asset to the company is a great loss to the company (In Saridakis & In Cooper, 2016).
